The Healthcare Week Luxembourg 2025 (HWL25) takes place on 7. and October 8, 2025 at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg . Organized by the Fédération des Hôpitaux Luxembourgeois (FHL) in collaboration with the Quinze Mai agency, HWL has established itself as a central platform for innovation, strategy and collaboration in the European healthcare sector.

The third edition of HWL brings together over 3,000 healthcare professionals, including hospital decision-makers, HR and IT managers, industry representatives, researchers, start-ups and institutions. With more than 100 exhibitors and over 100 renowned speakers, the event offers a unique opportunity for networking and collaboration.

A central theme of HWL25 is the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the healthcare sector. The conference will shed light on how AI is changing professional practices, the governance of healthcare systems and the dynamics of innovation. A scientific committee of European experts will design a program that addresses the real challenges faced by healthcare professionals and offers practical solutions.

One highlight of the event is the HWL Awards 2025, which recognize outstanding innovations in four categories: Management Innovation, Medical Innovation, Start-up Europe and Luxembourg Healthcare Start-up. The awards ceremony will take place during a gala evening on October 7.
